We recently had a guest share her disappointment with Bourbon House because we removed the Rib-eye with andouille steak sauce from the menu. Her form of notification came through a witty poem. Chef Eric Cook was smitten that she took the time to creatively share her feelings and the simple fact that the dish moved her to do so meant a lot!
She mentioned that she was coming into dinner within the week. Chef Eric responded to her poem with a poem of his own, and of course for her dinner he made her the Rib-eye with andouille steak sauce! We love it when people are as passionate about food as us!
